What We’re About
At Lead with Heart LLC, I offer executive coaching, facilitation, and advisory support focused on leadership development, team cohesion, and building cultures of equity and belonging. For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with mission-driven organizations across a wide range of sectors, from affordable housing and community development to healthcare, tech, manufacturing, global consulting, and international development. My work is grounded in helping leaders lead with clarity, courage, and heart because that’s where real, lasting change begins.
